RICS Level 3 – Building Survey
A RICS Level 3 Building Survey, often referred to as a full survey, provides a comprehensive assessment of a property’s condition. It is typically used for older, unique or altered properties, and includes:
Detailed Inspection: A thorough examination of the property’s structure, including roofs, walls, floors, and foundations.
Assessment of Condition: Identification of any defects or issues, such as dampness, subsidence, or structural problems, along with their implications. Each with a condition rating.
Maintenance Advice: Recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and improvements to prolong the property’s lifespan, including any further investigation by specialists
Photographic Evidence: Visual documentation of significant findings to support the report.
